When I was doing content at Pitch, I had the privilege of curating the Inclusion at Work collection of public resources to help startups and rapidly scaling businesses build more inclusive workplaces. This collection was created for — and by — individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, disabled, neurodiverse, BIPOC, and other “firsts” and “onlys,” as well as allies. Following the succes of our Female-Founded Startups pitch deck campaign for International Women’s Day in March, pushed the thesis that supporting overlooked founders was the best way to build community and a meaningful following. Our next stop was Pride in June.
