In early 2021, Yarrow Society needed to raise money for their annual operating budget with both a new board and the Covid-19 shutdowns. They needed to reach supporters for the first time ever through digital channels.

  • Built Shopify store, incorporated auction platform, and designed user flow for sign-up, bidding, and item collection
  • Designed e-commerce related user flow including: store navigation, customer success communications, automated messages, and fulfillment logistics
  • Managed English to Chinese translation for campaign

Results

  • Raised 200% the goal (100,000 CAD instead of 50,000), making it the most successful fundraiser at the time
  • More than doubled Yarrow Society’s Instagram follower-base
